A nonprofit organization based in Charlotte , North Carolina launched September 2017 , became an official 501 (c)(3) March 2018. Our mission is to give back to the community through fitness and nutrition but also building life-skills and being a face for anti-bullying in the city of Charlotte.
Our vision is to create a healthier community inside and out starting with our youth.
We use donations of any sort to help create a space for our youth to train competitively jump roping, provide healthy meals to the youth in the community as well as creating opportunities such as becoming world champion jump ropers representing the Queen City.
We have worked with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club of Charlotte, Above and Beyond Students After school program, YMCA of Charlotte, as well as a few corporate business like Atrium Health, Little, Levine Museum of the South to create entertainment pieces for a few of their events.
During our COVID Pandemic we have been working hard to create a new normal for our organization while still making an impact in the community . We are grateful for all of our volunteers and donors who have stepped from to help us make this happen , with your support we feed 80 kids daily , providing over 2000 free meals to the children in the city of Charlotte. We not only provided daily meals they were hot and delicious recipes from the islands of Jamaica up to the beautiful city of Italy. Expanding their food experience as well as showing them you can have good food that is also good for you.
We have also provided weekly zoom chats to discuss school, mental health, social distancing friendships and smaller fitness classes to maintain the COVID standards but keeping the kids physically active in the ropes.
Thank you everyone who has come together to help keep our program going.
